Terms of Service

Effective September 22, 2026

Service and eligibility

CLIPPER CLIP is a private-beta web service for authorized creators and organizations. Users must be at least 16 or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, be able to accept these terms, and control or be authorized to manage every connected account.

User content and responsibilities

Users retain ownership of their content and remain responsible for its legality, accuracy, rights, music, brand disclosures, audience settings, and compliance with each destination platform. Keep original media and confirm important publishes on the destination platform.

Acceptable use

Do not use CLIPPER for unlawful content, impersonation, spam, deceptive engagement, unauthorized copying, credential sharing, malware, security testing without permission, provider-rule evasion, or interference with another user.

Third-party platforms

Publishing, schedules, and analytics depend on third-party APIs, reviews, permissions, quotas, moderation, and outages. Metrics may differ from platform interfaces because providers define their own reporting windows. CLIPPER does not guarantee growth, reach, revenue, exact publishing times, or uninterrupted availability.

Account control and termination

Users may disconnect providers and request deletion. CLIPPER may restrict beta access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, platform compliance, or service changes.

Fees and refunds

The current private beta is free and does not collect payment details. If paid plans are introduced, the full price, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation controls, and refund rules will be shown before purchase. See the Refund Policy.

Warranty and liability

The private beta is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact tomer66331@gmail.com before relying on CLIPPER for time-critical publishing.
